Let me introduce myself

Hi, I’m Brian, and I’m 33 years old.

I have learned a lot in the last 33 years. Besides that, I really love hip hop music and any song that can evoke strong emotions through its lyrics or sounds.

Sneakers have always been a major interest of mine

So, I started collecting them. To me, they are like wearable pieces of art. Apart from the excitement of wearing new or clean sneakers, it just feels amazing.

When I was a little child, I was always wonderd by the little creatures and the animals around me, and mother nature – the little flowers, the trees, and woods. I always wanted to know more about them and find edible fruits like strawberries, hazelnuts, or mint. I even ate daisies when I was a little toddler. There was something inside me that must know there is more meaning to these fruits and flowers and the natural way of healing. I still believe in it, and it has never changed the way I look at nature and her powerful resources.

Since I was a little boy, I have been fascinated by gaming. I grew up with my first Game Boy, which had a green screen, in the early 90s. Ever since then, I have been in love with gaming. I’ve witnessed its evolution throughout the years. My first console was a SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System).

And the rest is history.

I am the only child in my family. Unfortunately, I lost my dad when I was 3. This had a huge impact on my childhood. I missed having a father figure and all the things a father should teach his son. My mother did a great job taking care of me, but there was always something missing.

I really love traveling. I enjoy both short trips and longer journeys. The freedom that comes with traveling has always had a profound effect on me, and it’s something I still desire. I haven’t been able to travel much recently, but from now on, I’m determined to make it happen.

When I was 25 years old, I was diagnosed with Asperger’s autism. Before that, I had experienced many unexplained feelings and struggles trying to fit in and be “normal”. I spent many years in psycho education to understand the difference between my autism and my character. I also tried medication risperidon and antipsychotics, a drug that they often use to treat autism and other neurotypical disorders (this was for me never the answer, I feel numb after longer periods of time, and told my psychiatrist I stop taking it, there was no discussion needed), but the therapy helped me to gain better control over myself, which was beneficial. However, I realized that I needed some emotional release, and that directed me on a spiritual journey, which has had a profound impact on me. But that’s a whole different story for another time.

Much love Brian from stories and footsteps ✨♥️✨
